AJH Therapy is dedicated to providing injury treatment and prevention. We’ve been providing high quality health care for 10+ years. Whether you're suffering from a workplace injury, a professional athlete or someone just looking for a general body MOT, we have the facilities and knowledge to cater to everyone. Based in a professional sports club, we are able to enhance your therapy sessions making use of the on-site modern gym facilities.
Alex - Clinic Director
Alex Is a Sports and Exercise Therapy Graduate from Leeds Beckett University. Since graduating, Alex's clients have ranged from professional football teams to the Mens England Rugby League Team. Alex's passion for sports started from a young age playing on the squash circuit. Through this, Alex became increasingly interested in sports injuries and therapy and is able to draw on his experience to aid others.
Matt - Physiotherapist
Matt qualified in July 2017 with a First Class Honours degree from the University of Huddersfield in Physiotherapy. Matt shares his time between a variety of therapy environments, ranging from NHS hospital-based to private. Matt's sporting passion is squash, where he plays to a high standard across the north of England.
Jānis - Sports Therapist
Jānis graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2022 with a masters degree in Sports Therapy, after touring as a professional cyclist for 4 years. Throughout his cycling career Jānis developed an interest within the recovery and rehabilitation of sporting injuries. Leading him down the path of further education to develop his skills as a Therapist. Since graduating university Jānis has gained experience in many different professional sporting environment and now currently works as a Sports Therapist for Castleford Tigers.
